Damaged- if an item is damaged when it gets to you, simply take a picture of the eyewear and send it to our contact number or any of our social media platforms. Our representative will work with you to get it replaced.

For In-store Purchases, customers should visit the store the damaged pair was purchased for eyewear inspection within 3-5 business days after purchase. No payment refund only eyewear replacement.

MISSING AN ITEM -Customer is advised to check their order as soon as it arrives to make sure the order matches the description of the eyewear ordered. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us immediately.
